We ship to the U.S., Canada and the UK, and offer flat-rate pricing to keep things simple. Orders typically ship within 1 business day and arrive within 2-4 business days.
- Orders under $50: $5.95 flat rate
- Orders $50 and up: Free standard shipping
- Need it faster? We offer expedited 2-day shipping for $15

Return window:
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund.

How to request a refund:
Email us at hi@houseplantresourcecenter.com with your order number and a quick description and/or picture of the issue. We’ll respond within 1 business day and issue a refund to your original payment method once your refund is approved.
